Heat-Treated Citrine
Citrine is a yellow quartz whose color ranges from delicate pastel yellow to warm golden brown. It belongs to the oxide family. Natural citrine is rare; it is often heat-treated amethyst.
Major deposits are found in Brazil and Madagascar. Citrine is considered a "sun stone" that bestows motivation, zest for life, and creativity. It is associated with the solar plexus chakra and is said to support digestion and detoxification of the body.
